• Services: include press release writing and distribution, branding, PR packages, media placements, personal PR, visa verification PR, social profile verification, and other related services offered via the Website.
• Content: any text, images, graphics, audio, video, or other materials provided by us or you in the course of the Services.
• Agreement: these Terms together with any service-specific agreement or order placed by you and accepted by us, and any other policies we incorporate by reference (e.g. Privacy Policy, Refund Policy).

2. Acceptance of Orders / Contracts

• When you place an order for a Service (via the Website, email or other means), you are making an offer to enter into a contract. We will confirm acceptance of your offer by issuing a confirmation email or other written form. At that point, the contract between you and us is formed.

• If there are delays in providing content, approvals, or other inputs from you, we are not responsible for delays in delivery of final Services.

4. Fees, Payment & Refunds

• All fees for our Services are as specified on the Website or as quoted by us in writing. Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be made in advance or as per schedule in our agreement.

Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the purposes agreed.
• You represent and warrant that any material you provide to us does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third parties. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your materials.

6. Use of Website / Content

• You may use our Website only for lawful purposes. You must not use it in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide high-quality PR placements and media exposure, but we make no guarantees about achieving specific media coverage, ranking, outcomes, or results. Factors such as editorial discretion, publication policies, competition, market conditions are beyond our control.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or business interruption) arising from or in connection with the Services or your use of the Website.
• Our total liability to you for any breach or claim under these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the Service contract in accordance with the terms agreed in writing (e.g. service agreement). If terminated, you may still be responsible for payment for work done up to the date of termination.
• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services immediately if you breach these Terms, or for other valid reasons (e.g. fraudulent use).
