Refund & Return Policy

At Partum Design Studio, we specialize in customized design, marketing and PR solutions delivered digitally. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order is placed and confirmed.

1. No Refunds

All payments made for PR packages, branding, design services, or any digital deliverables are non-refundable. Once the order is placed, work begins immediately or is allocated to relevant resources, making it ineligible for cancellation or refund.

2. Order Issues

If you believe there has been an error or issue with your order:

• Please reach out to us via our Contact Page or email faiz@partumdesignstudio.com.
• We’ll review the concern and respond within 3-5 business days.

3. Delivery Timelines

Service timelines will vary based on the package chosen and scope of work. Any delays due to third-party platforms, editorial calendars, or external factors will be communicated proactively.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• You are charged more than once for the same order.
• The service was never initiated and no resources were allocated.

In such cases, please write to faiz@partumdesignstudio.com within 48 hours of payment with full proof and screenshots.
